# Error handling route

My system has begun producing “Error handling route” entries in my log file every 10 seconds and I am unsure how to diagnose this problem. I am hoping someone can assist with this Error. The Error is displaying the following details.

Somewhere in your network, someone’s opening a Perspective session from a browser that’s supplying an `Accept-Language` header value of `en_ca`, which is malformed; it should be `en-ca`, per [RFC 6467](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4647). That said, we should probably also catch that instead of throwing an error.
