# Error launching designer

When I try to launch the designer (using the designer launcher that works fine), I got the following error:

Any idea how to solve that issue?

The error does not allow to open the designer.

Have you tried clearing out the cashe?

Yes, I erased all the folder .ignition shown in the error path.

Does I need to erease anything else?
