# Error launching project

first time I have seen this one. any ideas?

One of my users is getting this. I had him upgrade to the latest java but that didn’t seem to help.

Can you post the contents of the .jnlp file here? You can download it from the Gateway and then open it with a text editor. It sounds like the URL back to the Gateway is mangled in some way. I have encountered this error before when attempting to use a retarget script and forgetting to add “main” to the end of the URL.
