Looking at previous posts led me to believe I could resolve the issue by deleting the runtimes folder within "C:\Users\username\.ignition\cache\resources\runtimes" but that runtimes folder already doesn’t exist within the resources folder which might be the issue. Does anyone know how I might get that runtimes folder setup. Is it missing because I only had the customer install Vision Client Launcher and not ignition.exe as well?

You can try removing the entire `.ignition/` directory, rather than just the runtime cache.
The cache will automatically be repopulated the next time you launch an application using one of the launchers.

Client machines only need to install the client launchers; once connected the launcher will launch a series of processes that are able to stair-step into the correct environment.

I tried and I still came up with the same error message. Has anyone run into a similar issue.

Basically the only thing it contains is the BootstrapSwing class. Deleting it should force it to be downloaded fresh from the gateway, which hopefully would have fixed it. If you look at the file on disk, do…

Yes, without conclusive results. But the analysis of the issue is the same as what I posted in the other thread.
