# Error Sending Login Information

We have a vision project which requires user login. After a successful login, project shows a message box saying: "Error sending login token". Then opens the vision page and processes normally.

What is this message about and how can overcome it?

Which _User Source_ did you configure for the login authentication ?

It's an active directory LDAP provider.
