I can't open this window which has a gnatt chart along with other components due to the error below. correct but I can't open the window to change/fix it. ---

If you can't open the window at all, the only path forward is some manual "surgery" on the window's internal representation. You can access it by shift right clicking the window, but it's in an undocumented proprietary format that's not very friendly. You can try to remove this chart, or the data on it, yourself, but may risk breaking the window further. You can also contact our support department officially and someone should be able to help you. ---

You are just given JSON options instead of XML._ ---

Thanks, it took a while to locate the issue converting things from epoch time, but I was able to change the date in the dataset and it opens now.
