# Error while trying to open designer?

So, I just reinstalled ignition hoping that it would fix this problem, but it didn’t work. I have this error popping up every time I try and start the designer launcher on my local host. Need help fixing it.

Delete the whole `11.0.11.1` folder at that path and try launching again.
