# Event Streams Handler doesn't cause designer reload?

If I register another Event Stream Source Design Delegate in a module then compile and install the module, Ignition sees the change in Designer Scope and prompts to reload the designer session.

If I register an Event Stream Handler Design Delegate, then do the same process, there is no prompt, and the handler is not available until you restart the designer session. Is this a bug?
