Hey guys, I'm not sure if there is another place for feature suggestions. But I’m just going to throw this in here. Would be great if we could add a “acknowledge all” to the voice notification modual. It’s super inconvenient to sit there and press one for 5 minutes when you get batched 60 alarms. I think there is no way around it. If you know any tricks to fix this that would be great, if not then this should go high on the feature list 😃 ---

There should be a "consolidate alarms" option in the alarm pipeline options. Yeah I’m using that and it works great. The problem is when you get the phone call with 50 alarms and have to press one to acknowledge on each one. it take like 10 minutes 😃 ---

Oh, I was not aware that that is how the "consolidation" would work. I would've expected a summary with the number of alarms instead of each one. What you could do is add an expression tag that gets the number of unack'd alarms and sends out a custom message like "There are currently YY unack'd alarms" and a script on that expression tag's alarm that ack's the unack'd alarms. All this would have to take place before the pipeline sounds out the consolidated alarm so it can drop out of the pipeline once ack'd. Although, that may not be ideal. ---

Cool idea 🙂 So far I’m just sending out a consolidated SMS first. If we catch that early enough we can acknowledge all by texting back the code it gives. I think that should work, not had the opportunity to test it on a consolidation alarm yet. Only had singles since the change.
