# \`files.inductiveautomation.com\` \> \`releases.inductiveautomation.com\` downloads migration

Downstream of [`files.inductiveautomation.com/sdk/javadoc` + `files.inductiveautomation.com/sdk/storybook` migration to `sdk.inductiveautomation.com/`](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/files-inductiveautomation-com-sdk-javadoc-files-inductiveautomation-com-sdk-storybook-migration-to-sdk-inductiveautomation-com/114193), we continue to migrate from our old `files.inductiveautomation.com` S3-backed store to new stores, plus simplifying the URLs where we can.

Beginning with last night's `8.3.8-SNAPSHOT` build, links on its [Download Ignition](https://inductiveautomation.com/downloads/ignition/8.3.8-SNAPSHOT) page now start as follows, with the old coordinates for reference.

https://files.inductiveautomation.com/builds/nightly/ -> https://releases.inductiveautomation.com/nightly/

```

The release candidate and final release builds will migrate in a similar way once `8.3.8-rc1` rolls around:

https://files.inductiveautomation.com/release/ia/ -> https://releases.inductiveautomation.com/release/

```

As will launchers, though the context prefix stays equally short here.

https://files.inductiveautomation.com/launchers/ -> https://releases.inductiveautomation.com/launchers/

Also in the works is:

- Repointing future `8.1.x` nightlies and releases per the above.
- Migrating already-published nightlies and releases for both `8.x` generations to the new URLs and underlying S3 bucket, _with courtesy CDN redirects from the old URL format to the new to avoid disruption, for some window of time_.
- Migrating URLs and underlying bucket on the [Strategic Partner Modules](https://inductiveautomation.com/downloads/third-party-modules/) downloads tab.

Tonight's `8.1.55-SNAPSHOT` build migrates to the new bucket and key prefix `https://releases.inductiveautomation.com/nightly/`. `8.1.55-rc1` and `8.1.55` final will also move to the new bucket, though `8.1.54` will initially appear at the old bucket. (It will ultimately be bulk-migrated to the new bucket.)
