# Fill level on Tanks from symbol factory

I am trying to be able to change the fill level on tanks from the symbol factory using perspective, I have included some pictures below. I tried adding values to the individual elements, and then i tried adding in some of the preset properties from the classes such as animationfillmode and fill. I also showed a picture I am talking about, I have been stuck on this for a while so any help is greatly appreciated.
