Is there any way to use the find/replace only on selected items? So far I've been pasting my object onto a temp screen, then selected Views Selected views, but this is rather tedious. I'd much prefer to simply select 1 object, then Ctrl F would only search/replace the selected object, which is how most other programs work for me.

Not that im aware of within a single object. You can find/replace within a view or template, but like you, ill usually just copy the object to a temp window, and find/replace within that window.

Try ctrl+R to bring up the configuration something rather.. With the component(s) selected. This will show the bindings scripts etc on those components that you can filter
