# Gateway/Alarming tags Giving Incorrect Value

Any idea why the Gateway Alarming tags don't align with the script returns? ActiveUnacked is 3 vs 0 (0 is correct).

I would open an alarm summary, either in vision or perspective, to see what it shows. If a summary shows no alarms, then I would open a support ticket with IA.
