Hello, Once again this error has occurred… It happens occasionally and then sometimes when reload is performed it opens Gateway unknowingly. This time I have been working on a project and now I am not even able to take a backup of my project or gateway. This issue is unknown and not sure what causing this… This has caused multiple times before, and all I had to un-install and install to make it work again… Please let me know what is an actual problem that causes this. Look at the fourth line of your posted wrapper log. Windows told Ignition that the machine is shutting down, so Ignition started shutting down. The “cannot contact” message is a side effect of the Ignition Service shutting down. You should not have to re-install, just use Windows’ service manager to restart the service. But you need to look for the reason Windows told Ignition to shut down. ---

Thanks for the suggestion. I shall try restarting _Ignition Gateway_ service before uninstall. The gateway has started now after some time automatically. However this issue occurs sometimes and I ain’t sure when it will stop starting automatically, hence I am looking for a reason too, that why it does that. ---

My point was that the problem, per your log file, appears to be with Windows, not Ignition. Look for a reason there. ---
