You're gonna have to give us more details, we can't fix something we know nothing about.

Show us the script (see [how to post code](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/wiki-how-to-post-code-on-this-forum/77831)) and the configuration of the event.  
If there are errors in the logs, show them too.
