The gateway 8.1.39 stays stuck like "gateway is running" and the wrapper usually stalls saying loading SQL Bridge module or TCP UDP module failed because it can't find a table. This gateway is tucked away on an OT network and I can't remotely retrieve the wrapper file. Here is the last line before it gets hung.

INFO | jvm 1 | 2026/10/11 10:26:09 | W [S.D.Resin Report Log Mixer 2] [10:26:09.447]: The table for the group could not be verified: the database connection is unavailable.
The group will continue to execute, but may not work correctly. module-name=SQL Bridge

I tried deleting CACERTS and reinstalling the JRE but we are still at the same spot. Checked all the DBs and they are up and running.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Get a thread dump and either share it here or share it with IA in a support ticket.

Hello,
Thanks for your help.
How do I get a thread dump if the gateway doesn't launch?

You will need to use `jmap` or VisualVM or similar java debugging tool. You will certainly want to have IA support help you if you aren't familiar with these operations.

(They will likely ask you to upgrade to the latest v8.1 release, too.)
