Have you tried restarting the gateway and/or computer yet?

(that’s a rhetorical question, I can see your 43 day uptime)

Dang 😕

There may be some good troubleshooting tools here: [https://docs.oracle.com/javase/9/troubleshoot/time-zone-settings-jre.htm#JSTGD377](https://docs.oracle.com/javase/9/troubleshoot/time-zone-settings-jre.htm#JSTGD377)

Did this ever work or did it stop after a Java update or Windows update?

Things were working for 5 years up until a Windows server update about 1 month ago. After the update the Ignition service would not start, and it has been all down hill since with this installation.

Attempting to update to 6\_45 , but I do not have administrative rights on my Remote Desktop session into the customer’s server, and now IT has left for the day.

Outstanding, gotta love office dwellers
