What scope are you trying to do this in? Gateway, or Designer?

On the gateway, from your GatewayContext 😉 just get the [`SecurityLevelManager`](https://files.inductiveautomation.com/sdk/javadoc/ignition81/8.1.33/com/inductiveautomation/ignition/gateway/model/GatewayContext.html#getSecurityLevelManager()) and then [ask it for the list of configs](https://files.inductiveautomation.com/sdk/javadoc/ignition81/8.1.33/com/inductiveautomation/ignition/gateway/auth/security/level/SecurityLevelManager.html#getSecurityLevelsConfig()).
