# Getting an error when scheduling a report to print

When waiting for a report to print per the schedule it does not print and I get no errors. When pressing the print immediately button on the actions tab I get an error. See error below. Any suggestions?

Attempted Action could not complete. WARN: Error in running distribution Print for report Production-- class sun.font.CompositeFont cannot be cast to class sun.font.PhysicalFont (sun.font.CompositeFont and sun.font.PhysicalFont are in module java.desktop of loader ‘bootstrap’)

What OS is your gateway running on? A server-grade Linux distribution? Try installing the `fontconfig` package, or equivalent if you’re not on Debian/Ubuntu.

We installed the fontconfig package and that took care of the issue.
