I see green question mark on the Tags and shows null value in real time. I have Ignition 7.7.2 and I am using AB firmware version 21.11. So my next question is AB driver in Ignition compatible with version 21.11. Please advice. Thanks.

Are you using the Logix Driver that has v21 support (Logix Driver-module.modl)? The legacy Allen Bradley Drivers module doesn’t have v21 support.

When adding a new device to the gateway there are three similarly named drivers you might choose from -

Allen-Bradley CompactLogix
Allen-Bradley ControlLogix
Allen-Bradley Logix Driver

The description underneath each one clarifies which version of the firmware is supported. “Allen-Bradley Logix Driver” is the one for v21+ firmware versions.

Don’t blame yourself too much, we’ve created a bit of a confusing situation with the logix drivers.
