# Having trouble to connect to mqtt

I am having this error. I am not able to connect either using mqtt or ws port without tls. I had the mqtt engine, distributor and recorder installed. I tried installing the mqtt transmission. I opened the ports, changed the ip and netiher of these things seem to work.
