# Historian Issues

Version 8.1.15

We have two tag history providers:

1. history\_hours\_08

- Partition length = 1
- Partition Units = Hours
- Enable Data Pruning = True
- Prune Age = 8
- Prune Units = Hours

1. history\_weeks\_01

- Partition length = 1
- Partition Units = Days
- Enable Data Pruning = True
- Prune Age = 7
- Prune Units = Days

According to the log, the partition manager for history\_hours\_08 is closing and deleting partitions created for history\_weeks\_01 resulting in quarantined records.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello mcgheeiv,  
Are these two tag history providers storing to separate Databases? Or the same database?
