# How do you download a CSV from FTP Server?

I have a client that needs his HMI to access tag information from an external website. This website provides FTP capabilities so that a program can access the ftp files.

I have been looking through the documentation and I am only able to save reports to FTP sites. I don’t see anything about how to download files from FTP Sites.

Is this possible?
