Chat to who? How many? You need to write a proper specification for yourself what you need your application to do and what controls are required.

I will design chat group similar microsoft team group for use in production line  
about 50 person per group chat.

For picture upload/display:

- Do not store it in a file on the server, but insert as a BLOB into a database (a file will work but is not officially supported by IA and is not guaranteed to continue working)
- Use @pturmel's Blob Server Module to display the image after extracting its data
