Yes, it is possible. It's literally just tables and labels ---

You won't be able to create this as a single table. If I was doing it, I wouldn't use a table at all. I would use labels within flex containers. How are you getting the data for your table? How is it grouped? Have you gotten a simple table to show that data? Or just the ungrouped data? (That's first, before you make it pretty.)
