# How to email the contents Alarms Status Table

Is there anyway to email the contents of a Alarm status table? I was thinking of making the table work like a report of sorts, operators would have to acknowledge the alarms with req’d notes, then press a button to email the contents of the table and the notes to a supervisor.

Or is this crazy?

It doesn’t seem impossible. [Looking at other forum posts](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/search?q=perspective%20send%20email%20), it seems like you should be able to [export the contents of the alarm status table](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/exporting-alarm-status-table-to-csv/17530), and then, [send it as an attachment email](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/exporting-alarm-status-table-to-csv/17530).
