Is there any way to get the user details who acknowledged the alarm from our auto generated alarms database table?

If you set up an alarm journal in the gateway and then use the Alarm Journal Table on a view, it has the option to show ackUser for which user acknowledged the alarms.

You can also display it in an alarm table without using a journal by displaying the ackUser column and leaving cleared, acknowledged alarms in the filter

Hope this helps.
