how can i interface the barcode scanner in ignition and the designer launcher

more information = better advice. You have this post tagged as Ignition 7.9, but also as perspective which is v8 only. I assume you are talking about the perspective component, and with a quick forum search you can find some other posts on this matter.

Any success to configure DataWedge in intent mode with Perspective Client?
