Hi Prashanth,

What specifically are you attempting to do with the OPC Server IP address? Are you referring to the OPC server's endpoint address? Are you trying to find the IP address of the machine hosting the gateway and/or the Perspective session?

Please be specific in what it is you are trying to accomplish, so that the forum community can better answer your post.

Hi Prince,

I'm trying to find the IP address of the external OPC Server which is connected to Ignition Server.

It sounds as though you are trying to identify the IP address of an external OPC **client** which is connected to the Ignition **gateway**.

Is this what you mean?

If you were trying to find the IP address of an OPC **server** which was being read **from** the Ignition **gateway** then you would just check in the gateway configuration.

If an external client is not on the same subnet then address will probably be masqueraded so finding it will not help much.

This is best accomplished at the OS level (outside of Ignition) with a tool like `netstat`.
