Trying to update the PDF Viewer module to a compatible version following update of Ignition to version 7.7. Downloaded the new PDF Viewer module from the marketplace (came as a .zip file). In the gateway under Configure\Configuration\Modules\Upgrade Module it wants a .modl file. Zip file does not contain any .modl files. Where am I going wrong here?

Maybe your web browser is changing the file extension from .modl to .zip when you download the module. Are you using Internet Explorer?

Try changing the extension on your download from .zip to .modl and then installing the module.

Seems someone else recently had the same problem: [inductiveautomation.com/forum/v … ip+#p45563](https://inductiveautomation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=12500&p=45563&hilit=+.zip+#p45563)
