# I can't edit the project in the designer

Colleagues, I was working on a project in Vision Designer. I wanted to continue editing it, but out of 5 windows, I could only open 3. The other 2 wouldn't open and gave me a text box error. I've attached images.  
What happened? How can I fix it?

The window has been corrupted somehow. Something may have altered the resource on the disk, like an external agent or antivirus or something. Unfortunately, when a window has been corrupted... it's gone.

The only way to restore it is to restore the window from a project backup or a gateway backup.

Try selecting the view from the tree, that short-cut link may be lost somehow
