# \[IGN-2240\] Perspective Gauge Hide Tick Labels

Have to disagree here, the overlapping design is confusing and the display overall is busy and violates probably every ISA-101 recommendation...

The indicator numbers seem to be dynamic with regards to the size of the component. There is a way to [turn them off](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/perspective-gauge-component-labels/69386/3) so that you can add your own separate label components as required

> Could you add Major/Minor Ticks to Perspective Gauges?

Someone smarter than me probably knows a CSS trick for this too.
