Good Day,

Noticing a new error in our email pipeline advising that TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are no longer supported and client should be upgraded to support TLS 1.2

Just wondering if this is a limitation of Ignition 7.9.10? Do we need to upgrade in order to have support for TLS 1.2?

Hoping to rule out whether this is an Ignition Version issue, or something on our IT end that needs to change.

Much Appreciated.

Upgrading to version 7.9.18 adds the option for the SMTP Server Settings to force TLS 1.2.

It is mentioned here as well: [Ignition 7.6 and smtp.office365.com](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/ignition-7-6-and-smtp-office365-com/54332)

It might also be necessary to upgrade the version of Java being used to run the gateway. Just make sure you stay on some version of Java 8.
