# Ignition 7.9 Can't open runtime after update JAVA and when connect to internet

Are you using Ignition 7.9 or Ignition Maker edition (only in 8.0)?

I moved this from Maker to Ignition category. Is this the Ignition gateway ([7.9.10 launchers have Java 9 embedded](http://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/java-specs-per-version/26506))?

now after system restore windows10 many time can’t open ignition.

This looks like your system has Java configured to use a proxy, and that proxy requires authentication. Check with your IT group.
