# Ignition 7.9 string in Trend

Hello,

I want to show a string format (recey) in trend. The string value will be in the range of 141K-09022022.

But when config the tag as history, no value’s are shown in my graph. I don’t know what value of Y-axes it should take to be honest.

Any help?
