# Ignition Edge Backup not running

Hello.

We have two Ignition Edge Gateway, master and backup. The Master PC is not working, Windows is corrupted, then we tried to work with the backup, but the devies are disconected, and if I try some change I have this advice:

But, I can’t acces to master because the PC don’t fuction.  
Can you help me?

You can switch your backup to be the master in the redundancy configuration.
