Hi everyone, As I login to ignition edge web page then launch designer, the designer login window keeps on prompting endlessly (see attached). any reason why this happens? how do I fix it? The ignition edge is installed in Opto Groove Epic. I can launch the edge webpage from my PC and see connections, status, etc. However, when I try to launch the designer from the edge webpage, I get the error described above. I could be highlighted that ignition gateway is also installed in the same PC and have used to design perspective screens. ---

the solution turned out to be switching the Opto Groove Epic device which hosts ignition edge. Now it is all working properly
