I would like to know if it is possible to block the access of a client to windows bakcground. Currently, if a project runs in full screen it’s still possible to press Windows key and access to the desktop. Other scada like wincc and intouch, have that option implemented. I need this to denied the access to an operator.

You might find something useful in [this thread](https://inductiveautomation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=5694).

That info is eight years old, I was expecting something new.

Sure, but you also didn’t say what OS you were running. Sometimes the classics are the best.

That being said, Win 8.1 Embedded Industry and Windows 10 have Device Lockdown:

Control Panel -\> Programs and Features -\> Turn Windows features on or off

Note in particular the Shell Launcher

You could also write your own shell (a sterling example can be found in [this thread](https://inductiveautomation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=7614).)
