# Ignition Gateway Connection:Faulted

Hi,

I am facing issue with Ignition Gateway . Status is faulted. says A "loopback" connection to the Ignition OPC UA server running on this gateway.

How i recover this problem.

Did you delete the default OPC-UA connection?

Hi,

The problem has been solved.

The issue was caused by an incorrect endpoint URL. The endpoint URL needed to be modified to match the OPC UA server configuration. After updating the endpoint URL according to the server configuration, the connection was established successfully.
