Hello I had a problem in Ignition, the gateway was down arround 20 minutes, I was checking the logs into Ignition and windows logs/application and I did not find the problem. Do you know where can I get more information about the gateway was down? After 20 minutes the gateway is running. The server was not reseted, so I think the problem maybe was just in the service.

I appreciated if you can guide me to get more information.

Thank you.

Get a copy of the `wrapper.log` text file from the server's filesystem (in the Ignition install folder) and attach that to a support ticket.
