Hi,  
I installed the batch procedure module. The status says “New” (Neither faulted nor running ). Tried to restart the module but it goes into error. Any solution to this?

@andrews Thank you for the response.  
I checked the link you shared, but still unclear what to do to resolve the error.  
Looks like the error resolution on the link is for driver. I am seeing it for module.

I think some of the Sepasoft modules rely on the Track and Trace module. I think that's the one for production.

Not entirely sure it's that one, as it's been a long time since I've looked at these modules. The names have changed. lol

The Status of “Batch procedure” module is the problem. I guess because of this, I am not able to use any component related to batch

According to Sepasoft notes ([Sepasoft MES Modules Downloads & Resources | Sepasoft](https://www.sepasoft.com/downloads/)): The Production Module **must be installed** to run any of Sepasoft core MES modules: Batch Procedure, OEE Downtime, Track & Trace, Settings & Changeover, SPC, and Document Management.

Installing the 'Production' module should fix that issue, If other modules were already installed before 'Production', it may be necessary to restart them.
