Since you're installing in C drive, retry the installation as admin ---

How are you trying to reach the gateway webpage? From that wrapper log it appears the service started and now it’s just waiting to be commissioned. Assuming default ports, you should be able to go to [http://localhost:8088](http://localhost:8088) to go through the commissioning process. ---

Update : it started working in other browser. The issue is in google chrome only ---

He might have, but some people end up with Chrome stuck auto-redirecting to HTTPS even for localhost. ---

do you have a cable plugged into your ethernet port and connected to a switch? I've found that I can't access localhost without this connected 😕 [http://127.0.0.1:8088](http://127.0.0.1:8088) works without it connected though
