# Ignition Installer, problem w upgrade Mac OS

Hi, I’ve downloaded the latest Installer 8.0.14, double clicked, type in my Admin privledges, yet the install wizard does not appear. I am running version 8.0.0 on my machine. Could the problem be with the install location that I used when I set up 8.0.0? Thanks

I’m having the same problem with 8.0.14. Download 8.0.14 DMG \>\> Right Click Open (May have to right click open again) \>\> Click Open \>\> Enter Admin Password \>\> and then…nothing. No install wizard or anything. This is a fresh install on a completely new Mac Mini running Catalina 10.15.6. Tried installing 8.0.13 instead and it installed fine.
