I have connected a device to Ignition 8 using Modbus RTU over TCP. Whenever there is an error in a tag due to communication failure, the control to which I have assigned it to is toggling.
For example, if I have connected an ON/ OFF tag with a toggle button, it keeps toggling between On and Off whenever there is a communication failure!
How can I avoid this?
Is there a way to avoid ignition from automatically toggling the controls when there is an error in the bound tag?
