# Ignition portal stuck on "Ignition gatway is starting"

Hi all, after a couple of years without problems, some days ago my customer told me that Ignition is not working and if he connects to the gateway from the browser he keeps seeing the **Ignition Gateway Is Starting** banner.  
I downloaded the wrapper.log and just after the gateway startup I found many errors.  
Next some of them:

Any suggestion?
