New post: Ignition Playground Project [http://ignitionprogramming.blogspot.com/2011/06/ignition-playground-project.html](http://ignitionprogramming.blogspot.com/2011/06/ignition-playground-project.html) I packaged up a skeleton project that I’ve found useful for playing around with ideas. Just drop it in eclipse and start coding! If there any other simple pre-canned things you guys would find useful, let me know, and I’d be happy to try my hand at throwing one together. ---

Personally, I’ve been keen for over a year to build a Historian system on it (maybe I shouldn’t call it that, how about a “Historical Provider”). I think some really amazing things could be done with MongoDB. However, time isn’t something I happen to have lying around, so alas… ---
