# Ignition Service crashes when I try to print using Zebra printer

I am having an issue where when I try to print using the report module to a specific zebra printer it causes the Ignition service to crash and reboot and if I do it enough times it faults the server. This happened after some firewall changes were made. There are nothing coming up in the logs any one have any ideas where I can start?
