Hello,

In the never ending world of MES, I have been tasked with talking to a Arduino board that the test engineers will use for validation. The board is a Arduino Mega 2560 R3. It will also have a data acquisition board linked below. What's the most efficient way to communicate to this? I'm basically looking to read some data, analyze and gate it, then write back to it for pass/fail results. (Almost like a traditional handshake with any PLC). Thanks !

Easiest would probably be if you had Ethernet and could implement Modbus on the 2560, but not sure if that’s an option.
