## Hi all I have an issue when i try to run Vision Client. I have migrated my server to a new one (Windows 2012 --\> Windows 2019). I can open Ignition but when i try to open Vision Client have this message. I have already seen the previous post of May 2020. and the message isn't exactly the same com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway\_interface.GatewayException: Error authenticating. at Is that the entire stack? I see: ```auto Caused by: com.inductiveautomation.ignition.gateway.servlets.gateway.functions.GatewayFunctionException: Error authenticating. at com.inductiveautomation.ignition.gateway.servlets.gateway.functions.Login.client(Login.java:470) ``` But there should be another “Caused by” at the bottom… ---

Can you check your Gateway logs for an identical `Error attempting client login.` warning message logged to logger `Gateway.Login`? And post the entire stack here…
