# Igntion 8.1 Snowflake Authorization error

Hi,

I am trying to connect to To Snowflake database from ignition using JDBC driver connection and encrypted key - passphrase method and getting incorrect username. this is the connection URL I specified both in driver and in connection.

jdbc:snowflake://snowflakeAccount/?user=YOUR\_USERNAME&authenticator=snowflake\_jwt&private\_key\_file=/path/to/rsa\_key.p8&private\_key\_file\_pwd=YOUR\_KEY\_PASSWORD&warehouse=YOUR\_WAREHOUSE&db=YOUR\_DATABASE

and this is my connection parameters:

**authenticator=snowflake\_jwt**

private\_key\_file=MY\_KEY\_PATH

private\_key\_file\_pwd=MY\_KEY\_PASSWORD

CLIENT\_METADATA\_REQUEST\_USE\_CONNECTION\_CTX=TRUE

Any ideas how to play this around?
